The apartment is an upside down living arrangement to take advantage of its amazing views across the vineyards and to the south and Monte Amiata.
The bedrooms are downstairs, the living accommodation upstairs. The 2 bedrooms are large, both entries to the bedrooms come from the large hallway, one with king sized bed, the other with large twins, convertible to a king.
Both have large wardrobes, and large bathrooms, showers have rain heads and hand held shower.
Large oversized basins in each, with heated towel rails for the cooler months.
Upstairs is a large kitchen, inside dining area for 8 persons, and a large lounge area with full sized pull out sofa bed. Upstairs has the 3rd bathroom, with full walk in type shower, and full sized basin, allowing this apartment to sleep 6.
