High Season : mid-June to mid-September: weekly rates for a two bedroom apartment is EUR2500.
Mid Season: first half of June, second half of September, two weeks over Easter and two weeks over Xmas and New Year. Daily rates of EUR145 per day per room.
Low Season : rest of the year : daily rates of EUR120 per day per room.
Daily rates will be calculated based on weekly rates.
We except bookings less than a week but with a minimum of 2 nights.
Deposit of 20% of the rental price.
So for the entire house it would be EUR9500.
